Learn proper body mechanics for a wide variety of daily activities. Stretch, strengthen, and stabilize your way to moving with better posture and less pain.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Late changes and no-shows, will be charged 50% of the original cost of the session. Must be paid in full before the start of the next scheduled appointment.
